Comment View Preferences (Calendar)
To modify the Accelerator Calendar Comment View preferences, from the Accelerator calendar click the |Tools| menu then select |Preferences|. From the 'Calendar Preferences' screen, click the |Comments| tab, the following comment view preferences are available. Click the |Save| button to save your selections.

Comment Options
| Day View: Display Comments instead of Comment Link | If selected, Comments will be displayed with an event when in Day View. |
| Truncate comment after 2 lines and show link | If selected, option overrides option directly above and truncates comment as well as displays comment link in Day View. |
| Week View: Display Comments instead of Comment Link | If selected, Comments will be displayed with an event when in Week View. |
| Truncate comment after 2 lines and show link | If selected, option overrides option directly above and truncates comment as well as displays comment link in Week View. |
| Multiple Calendar View: Display Comments instead of Comment Link | If selected, Comments will be displayed with an event when in Multiple Calendar View. |
| Truncate comment after 2 lines and show link | If selected, option overrides option directly above and truncates comment as well as displays comment link in Multiple Calendar View. |
