Overview

This "Privacy Policy" is incorporated by reference in Baseline Data Systems End User License Agreement. We have created this Privacy Policy to reflect our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect and maintain about you when you visit www.oamobile.com (Site") and when you use our services, as well as information collected from other sources, such as information you provide at tradeshows or seminars or to our business partners.

Customer’s Contacts, Message Recipient and other Office Accelerator Related Data

BDS maintains data that has been provided to us or uploaded to the Site by our customers. Typically it relates to individuals or entities who have opted in to receive email messages or other types of communications from our customers and also their current contact and calendar data. It may include name, e-mail address, contact information, and other information. Under our Anti-Spam Policy, customers must obtain a recipient's consent prior to sending the recipient an e-mail through our service.

Customer Registration Data

When company or an individual activates our services, we collect the contacts name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and other contact information. We also collect payment information such as credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We also assign each customer a unique user name to access the Office Accelerator service. End users are responsible for setting their own password which is not accessible by Baseline Data Systems employees.

Site Data

We use cookies and other web tools to collect information about visitors to our web site and order forms. We collect information such as browser type, operating system and IP address, as well as information of the web pages viewed and links clicked by visitors and/or customers. This data can be combined with other data we have collected like customer registration data.

Use of Collected Data

Baseline Data Systems may use the information it collects and maintains, including any personal data, for the following purposes: To respond to any inquiries or requested submitted to us by customers to our technical support and training departments. Also, to better understand how our customers use our product and services including our web site and our deliverable email materials. Baseline Data systems may use the information you provided for marketing and promotional purposes by various means, including regular mail, email or telephone. If we receive your express consent, we may also send you SMS text messages. At any time, you can opt-out of receiving any correspondence from Baseline Data Systems. To process orders, requests and payments, and to communicate with our customers about their accounts or any requests, orders or payments. To provide service to customers that has been requested including training and marketing and promotional services. It also may include sending or assisting in the delivery of communications on behalf of and at the request of our customers. However, in these cases our customers are responsible for the content and delivery of such communications. To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to customers or Site visitors, to display targeted advertisements, and to otherwise personalize experiences at the Site. To detect violations of industry policies. For example, we may monitor emails for illegal content, customer imports of large email lists and other practices that may help us detect and prevent illegal spamming activities.

No Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Since its inception in 1991, it has been Baseline Data Systems’ policy not to sell, rent or trade personal information, whether Customer Information or Customer Recipient Data. We may however, disclose the information we collect or maintain, including personal information, without prior consent for the unique instances below.

Disclosure to Financial Institutions

For the purposes of presenting a credit card or check for payment for services provided by Baseline Data Systems.

Disclosure in Response to Legal Process

We may also disclose the information we collect in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena.

Disclosure to Baseline Data Systems and Others

We also may disclose the information we collect from you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, or violations of this Policy.

Although BDS policy is to maintain the privacy of all data, and has done so since 1991 to the time of this publishing, there may be instances that BDS deems appropriate to disclose data at its sole discretion.
