Accelerator Outlook Sync VSTO Error Fix

When installing the Accelerator to Outlook Sync, you receive the following error: "The value of the property 'type' cannot be parsed. The error is: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.Business.Applications.Fba, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified. (c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VSTO\10.0\VSTOInstaller.exe.Config line 10)". To correct this problem, follow the directions below:

From 'Programs and Features' within Windows Control Panel, un-install 'Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tool for Office Runtime'.
Reboot your PC.
Follow the directions at the following URL to install the Accelerator to Outlook Sync being sure to install the VSTO runtime prior to installing the OA Outlook Sync Add-In.
