Show Multiple Calendars (Calendar)

If you use Office Accelerator in a multi-user environment, you can view up to 4 calendars simultaneously and even drag and drop events between other user's calendars. To view multiple calendars simultaneously, follow the directions below.

1. From the Office Accelerator Calendar, click the button entitled |Show Multiple Calendars|. From the |Show Multiple Calendars| screen, select the users whose calendars you would like to view and click the |OK| button.

   You must be proxy to the user whose calendar you wish to view in Multi-Calendar Mode.

   

2. In Multiple Calendar View, events can be dragged and dropped between calendars allowing for simple appointment reassignment.
