Copy Owner/Access to Subcats
Categories are used to help organize and partition your Office Accelerator contact data. To copy category ownership and access rights from a top level category to it's subcategories, follow the directions below.
- From the |Categories| menu within the Office Accelerator phone book, select |Create, Delete or Modify Category Properties|.
- From the |Modify Categories| dialog box, highlight the top level category whose owner and access rights you would like to copy to all of it's subcategories. Click the button entitled |Copy Owner/Access to Subcats|, click |Yes| to confirm the operation.
