Search By Contact Access Level

Contact Access level can be set on contacts within the Office Accelerator database. You can search by contact access level as follows:

Note: Your Office Accelerator account must have |Administrator| rights to use this feature

Open the Office Accelerator phone book and select |File|Administrator|Search by Contact Access Level|.
Select the |Contact Access Level| you wish to search by and click the search button. Those contacts matching the search criteria will be displayed in the current search result.

Contacts set to 'Owner Only' and 'Owner and Proxy only' will be returned to the search result provided you are the contact owner and/or proxy to the owner. This search feature does 'not' override contact access level settings on contacts.
