Group Phone Number Change

You can group change phone numbers for a list of contacts in Office Accelerator using the |Group Phone Number Change| feature. To use this feature, follow the directions below.

  1. Search for a list of contacts that you would like to modify.

  2. From the Office Accelerator phone book, click the |Results| menu then select |Group Change|Group Phone Number Change|.

  3. Select the phone number values on the left (Change From) you would like to change, then select and enter the value on the right (Change to) that would like the phone number value changed to. Click the button entitled |Perform Change ONLY on Contacts in the Current Search Result|.

    To effect change to your entire database, select the button entitled |Perform Changes on All Contacts in the Phone Book. Use this option with caution as your actions cannot be undone.
