Group Website Change

If you need to change a website address for multiple contacts within the Office Accelerator phone book, you can do so using the Group Website Change feature. For example, to change a web site URL for a group of contacts having a website address such as www.baselineconnect.com to a new address such as to www.oamobile.com, follow the directions below.

1. Search for a group of contacts within the Office Accelerator phone book that you would like to modify.

2. From the Office Accelerator phone book click the |Results| menu and select |Group Change|Group Web Site Change|.

3. Enter the website address that you would like to change on the left side (Change From) and the new website address on the right side (Change To). Click the button entitled |Perform Change ONLY on Contact in the Current Search Result| to make the change to all contacts in the current search result.

   

   You can also target all of your contact by selecting the button entitled |Perform Changes on ALL Contacts in the Phone Book|. Use this option with caution as you cannot undo the results.
