Refresh Contact Folders

By default, Office Accelerator will refresh your folder lists on regularly scheduled intervals. However, you can manually refresh your folder list which will force Office Accelerator to check for changes by you and other users (if part of a multi-user configuration) and update your folder list. To refresh your folder list, follow the directions below.

  1. From the Office Accelerator phone book, click the |Folders| menu and select |Refresh Contact Folders|. The folder refresh process time will vary depending on the number of folders, un-refreshed changes, and the speed of your internet connection.
    You can also right click on a folder (or list) and select |Refresh Contact Folders|.
