To make changes to an existing contact within the Office Accelerator phone book, follow the directions below.
- Search for a contact that you would like to print by entering a search value such as a portion of the contact's first and last name, then click the |Search| button. Make sure the contact that you would like to edit is selected within the current search result.
From the |Contact| menu, select |Edit Contact|.
You can also right click on a contact in the current search result and select |Edit Contact| or click <Ctrl+E> from your keyboard .
- From the |Edit Contact| screen enter and/or change the contact information. Click the |Save| button to save your changes.
