Contact Links

Contact links are used to link contacts together based on a user defined relationship between the contact. To link contacts in Office Accelerator, search for the contact you'd like to link to another contact, and follow the directions below.

  1. Select the |Contact| menu.
  2. From the |Contact| menu, select |Edit Contact Links|.
  3. Select |Add New|.
  4. Enter some information about the contact you'd like to link.
  5. Select the |Search| button.
  6. Select the contact.
  7. Select |OK|.
  8. Select or enter the contact relationship.
  9. Select |Done| to save the linked contacts.

Delete a Contact Link

To delete linked contacts, follow the directions below:

  1. Search for a contact
  2. Select |Edit Contact Links|.
  3. Select the link you'd like to delete.
  4. Select the |Delete| button.
  5. Select |Yes| to confirm the delete operation.
