History - Searches

The Office Accelerator phone book tracks your search history per login session. To obtain your search history, follow the directions below.

  1. From the Office Accelerator phone book, select the |Tools| menu then click the |History - Searches| option.
  2. The |Search History| screen will provide a list of contacts that you searched for within your login session.  You can sort this list by date or name.   Use the |Do Search| button to search for the highlighted contact, and the |Clear| and |Clear All | buttons to clear a single item or complete list respectively.     The Office Accelerator phone book search history is cleared when the phone book is closed.
