Zip Code Distance Search

The Office Accelerator Zip Code Distance Search feature provides a list of contacts beginning with a starting zip code, out to a specified number of miles (maximum 100 miles). This feature may be useful to determine clients that are geographically near a sales or business meeting, providing a list of additional nearby clients that a sales consultant may want to schedule a visit with.

For example, zip code 90503 and distance 3.5 miles sets the current search result to all contacts that are within these 12 zip codes 90254, 90277, 90278, 90501, 90503, 90504, 90505, 90506, 90507, 90508, 90509, and 90510.

To use the Zip Code Distance Search feature within the Office Acclerator phone book, follow the directions below:

1. Open the Office Accelerator phone book and select |Tools|Zip Code Distance Search|.
   You may also select the |Zip Code Distance Search| tool bar button on the main tool bar
2. Enter a zip code and the distance in miles from the specified zip code. You may optionally exclude Military and PO Box zip codes from your search by checking either or both exclusion options.
3. Select the |Find Zip Codes| button to begin the search. The zip codes within your specified range will appear.
4. Select the |Search| button to search for the contacts within the given zip code range. Your contact results will be returned to the Office Accelerator current search result.
