Microsoft Office Customization Error
If you encounter the following Microsoft Office Customization Error while attempting to install the Office Accelerator to Microsoft Outlook sync application, the following may correct the issue.

Solution
- Close Outlook and any other running applications.
- Hold the Windows key and press R to open the Run window (bottom left).
- Type in
%localappdata%\apps. - Select |OK|.
- Delete folder named 2.0.
- Retry installation with the installer.
If an access denied or other permission error is seen, reboot your system then attempt the delete operation again.
