Login Recovery
If you have forgotten your Accelerator password or any other part of your Accelerator login, you can recover these value as follows.

Open the Office Accelerator phone book located within the Accelerator group in the Windows Start menu.
If you don't have Accelerator installed, click here to download it now. -
From the Accelerator login screen click the 'Forgot your Login' link.
If you don't see the 'Forgot Your Login' link on the Accelerator login screen, click here to download and install the latest release of Accelerator.If you haven't setup login recovery and confirmed your email address, see Setup Login Recovery. -
Enter your confirmed email address then click the |Next| button.

Check your email for your recovery code, then enter the recovery code and a new password. Click the |Next| button to continue.

Check your email, your account name and user name will be emailed to you. Use the password that you set in the previous step.
